The use of the latest technology in CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) capabilities allows us to scan complex part profiles and surfaces, as well as use IGES/CAD files to create part specific programs generated for inspection consistency.

In process inspections are performed using process-focused inspection techniques, which allows us to maintain continual and consistent quality results. Shenzhen Sunrise Metal Industry Co.,Ltd 's inspection equipment is calibrated annually in accordance to manufacturer's specifications and all reference standards are calibrated to standards traceable to NIST.
